I was disappointed when I arrived to pick up my vehicle from the service department only to find that the service technician failed to complete a sensor connection. This being the reason that I had to leave my vehicle another day. However, John Marino's advisor expertise and care made a world of difference as to how the situation was handled. Because of my pleasant experience with John I will return to Airpark for service and will recommend John as an excellent service advisor.

I received a recall notice for my Jeep. I called to schedule an appt for the repair and was told that you could not schedule the repair since I’m new to the area. I had to bring my Jeep iinto the dealership for you to get my vin # and mileage before the part could be ordered. This is the dumbest policy that I’ve ever heard. Regardless, i brought my Jeep in this morning and it took a half hour for you to get information that i could have given you (and asked to give you) over the phone. I waited while you rep called to order the recall part )again why did i have to wait). It would seem to me that you wouldn’t want me hanging around your queue especially when you were busy with other customers. All of this could ha e happened over the phone. In contrast, i just recently had the very same recall for my BMW. I called them upon receipt and they did everything over the phone (Customer info, vin, mileage, etc). They then called me when the part came in and promptly replaced the recall air bag part. Your process is WAY more customer unfriendly. This was my first impression of Airpark and it wasn’t a great impression. I’ll consider going down the road to Chapman for future service. Sorry, just being honest. BTW Debbie was very nice and friendly. It’s the process and hassle of having to come to your dealership for someone to look at my vin and mileage that is stupid.

Sheila was exceptional in ensuring I had a pleasant experience with getting my car serviced. My dad, David, works for FCA corporate and we are very use to the “usual” expierence with getting our cars serviced which tend to be unorganized, and aggravating. However, being in Sheila’s hands, this was the first time in YEARS I felt genuinely cared for not only as a customer but as a person. Sheila definitely is a people person. She is very outgoing and friendly, relatable, helpful, knowledgeable, and everything else in the book that causes a customer to be a returning one. I am not usually one to participate in surveys or write reviews but for Sheila this is the least I can do! She was even willing to work past closing times to make sure I was taken care of! I brought in my car for skylight repair. It took almost 2 weeks to get the repair done because the part was obsolete but they did get it fixed. However my beige interior is very dirty. The car interior was spotless when I brought it in and it was not when I pickeedvit up. It now needs to be detailed inside.
