I signed up online- and said I needed a shuttle. When I got there- I was told that there is no longer a shuttle service- so I was upset— until I was told ( by John- Morino-) I could get an uber called for me. I felt better- the uber driver was great and i tipped him cash. ( I was told I would get a call hen my car was ready and an uber ordered for me to get back to my jeep.) I got a text from service -outlining all of the additional services my jeep needed. Although I was offered a 10% discount- I didn’t feel comfortable spending $1000 without talking to my husband- so I asked to skip those services. I feel like as soon as I said that- the serviceman was not thrilled with me at all- told me to get my car by 7pm etc— I told him ( all via text) that I was told I could get an uber back-so Nicole ( who was great to work with) called and ordered an uber. It arrived promptly- I was given a ride back ( I tipped in cash) and soon got my (very dirty) jeep.. We have many cars- and I have never gotten a car back dirty before- or felt badly for not doing all of the services suggested right away..

My appointment was for 9am for a service recall that I was going to wait for and I arrived at 8:30am and was checked in by 8:45. Being check in after persons that arrived after me, I was advised it would take approximately 2 hours for the work to be completed. At 11:15 (2 1/2 hours later) having not heard from my service advisor John Marino I went to his office to ask what the status of my vehicle was. Mr. Marino asked my name and telling me that he would tell me the status of my vehicle and he would find me in the waiting room. I went back to the costumer lounge where I waited for 10 min without an update. Going back out to the service area I had to track down John Marino and again he had to asked me my name and told me he was working on finding my vehicle. This time I waited in the service area 10 min to find that my vehicle had not even been started and it would take another 20 min. 30 min later my vehicle was finished. Customers had come into the waiting lounge and had gone while I was still waiting for my car which only took 20 min to repair. I had bought my vehicle at Airport Jeep and had multiple vehicles service there. What good is making an appointment if they are going to put you last in line and forget about you. I will not purchase or have any other vehicle repaired at Airpark again. The service is sub-standard.

Understanding that you are busy, I stood outside your service line and was not acknowledged for nearly 15minutes. Their setup is not customer friendly. I guess because my repairs are not covered under warranty. My posse is an airbag recall they say they won't cover. I guess profit is more important than customer safety
