Tried to charge me $178 to fill my def tank! That costs $20 from anywhere else! George was nice and sookento his manager to have it taken of bill. He is however very hard to understand due to his accent. All services are so overpriced there I think I will be going to diesel doctors from now on

Airpark in a whole has been spotty, it’s Michael Rico Doyan that makes me come back every time. His customer service satisfied this lady that no one else can. Often I feel like drippy by without my Jeep just to say hello. I recently thought it funto pretend I misplaced my keys in hopes that Mike would search my pockets. Sadly he saw the bulge in my front pocket.

Service department is fragmented; I'm not sure why when there are 3 issues to address on a new vehicle purchase that I would have to drive 40 mins one way three times to get each issue resolved. I lost well over $800 in income because of this fragmented service dept. I think the word I used to describe the service here was, "****"! The manager I spoke to was only concerned about the gas tank being filled when I returned the loaner car, otherwise she would charge me $5 a gallon; she certainly didn't care about future service business. Unfortunately, George had his hands tied, it wasn't his fault.

Was not greeted when I arrived as I have been on past visits. When they finally found Carl and took me to his office, he didn’t even get up & he had no idea I was coming and had to look in 2 :different places to find my appointment. He was not very friendly at first and kind of acted like I was interrupting his morning. He did get nicer as the appointment progressed, but there were a couple of other inconveniences I can discuss with you if you want to call me. It’s really too much to write out here.
