I was so impressed with the service from Mike Doyan and Airpark Jeep on this visit! What a dramatic change from my prior visits over the last 4 years. Gotta say... I just might buy again from Airpark Jeep if this service dept can maintain a high touch approach like I received this time. Especially appreciated the Uber rides to/from and the level of communication every step of the way. And the integrity of the service advice which was an issue in the past, especially for MPP warranty customers. Great job you all! Very pleased.

Front passenger seat is loose or defective causing noise when driving over rough roads, driveway entrances, etc. We were told it’s normal and other Jeep wranglers do this. And we’re told it’s both seats. Only problem is that it’s not both seats. They are saying it’s the seat cushion. It’s actually the hardware and you can clearly hear it’s something metal. Very disappointed with their response at service point.
