Gorge Chacko is a very professional and thorough Service Ad visor. After my vehicle was in Airpark Dealership for a battery replacement, that was confirmed by the Tech as needed the new battery failed on the way home frome the dealership and would not start or jump started...... I called back George he arranged for a tow truck and had the car return to be checked out and it was confirmed the new battery failed.... It was too late in the day to finish all the electrical tests, etc. and install a new battery so George arranged a loaner at no charge and the vehicle was finally checked out with another new battery installed and so far everything is good. Well Done George and AirPark. But I lost a full day due to a bad battery being installed and not properly checked by the tech at the 1st time.... Why?
