My experience with your Service Department was less than satisfactory, and I could not recommend you to another potential customer.
There were a number of issues related to the service, but it was primarily the lack of communication about the status. When a repair is expected to be $3,000, the customer should be provided with an update, and the customer should not have to make multiple unanswered calls trying to get that update.
Providing the customer with the Service Advisor's 'cell phone number' is deceptive, especially when it is going to be left unattended for several days. It would have been better to advise me to call the main number, rather than giving me the impression a message would be delivered.
Obviously I understand the Christmas Holiday would have had an impact on the response. However, I did not select the appointment time- it was offered to me by your dealership. If you cannot handle business properly during that period, you should close down during it.

The service department is just so inept. Every time it’s a new service advisor, but more importantly, EVERY single time we visit the service technicians screw something up that requires a second, third, fourth or fifth visit until the problem is finally repaired correctly. We’ve got to stop going there! We keep giving you a chance and you always are consistently awful.
