I brought my truck in for 2 recalls oil vhang,wiper fluid sprayer problem and Zsk Tek. I picked my truck up after dark. When I got home I shined flashlight on my truck and there was still dirt spots on my truck around outside of wheel wells and a couple other places that was there when I dropped truck off!!! I think this whole Zak Tek thing is s scam!!! I buy a new truck every 3 years. I will NOT be going to a dealership again that Forces Zak Tek or any product like it on their customers!!!????

I didn't wait long for a service representative to contact me in the service line. We discussed the recalls and what needed to be done. They help me get a ride back to work and that was done quickly. Later that day they let me know when it was done and arranged for an Uber to pick me up. All went well.

I brought my 2017 jeep wrangler in to check for a leak and fix a radio. When I picked it up it was covered with white water spots and dirt. You never even cleaned it up after you sprayed it.
Then when the radio came in, it was a used radio. USED!! Serius radio had it reported as having been used. i would have expected a new part...not a used one. terribly disappointed in Airpark. however my agent, Charlie was great.

I have bought 8 vechicles at Airpark starting with Coye on Hayden. So I keep coming back because the prices are great. Plus I use to tell Coye he needed help with service. I told Coye he needed a service upgrade team. I was proud to tell you Coye got that done. I told him when things were bad and when they are good. They are great now and Coye knows. The worst customer is one who never tells you when things are bad. They just leave. But I wanted to come back because I like my sales person Mark Patinski. So I am a satisfied customer!
