George is one of the best Service Advisors I have had at Airpark...and I have purchased at least six vehicles from you. George keeps his word, is dependable, returns calls and really shows he cares. I hope you will continue to challenge him as there appears to be too much turnover in Advisors! George is great as are the majority of Airpark employees

The only good experience I had was with my salesman,Rick Wright. My first contact was an internet contact checking on the availability of the vehicle I wanted and I was treated like I wasn't a serious buyer and I was turned over to Mr Wright. Mr Wright took the time to contact me and answer my questions which prompted me to come to the dealership. After delivery of my new vehicle I was treated like I was bothering everyone, especially in the service dept where I had extra accessories installed and even left my other Dodge for service. The quality of the work is unacceptable in the service dept and both vehicles are still experiencing problems with the work performed. The service advisers do not answer calls and never return calls and messages left for managers are no different. All in all I've been treated so poorly I am hesitant to even bring back the vehicles to correct what is wrong and am considering going back to a different dealer to have the problems corrected. I thank Rick Wright for being sincere and doing his best to create a positive experience for me, but sorry to say all the others have let me down.

I was disappointed that I did not find out that my wiper blade was torn until
I read my invoice detail when I got home. I was just informed that my car was ready, paid the cashier, and was given the keys. Perhaps this is the policy when using the express lane, which I had not requested but was put into once I arrived. I will now have to make another trip to replace the wiper blades which I would have preferred to do at the same visit.

I wa told my vehicle would take 1 hour and 10 minutes. No one ever updated me. After 2 hours I asked what was happening. They had it for another hour after that. Over 3 hours with a time estimate of 70 minutes. I was disappointed that no one even apologized.

I continue to wonder about what is actually being done to my vehicle. The only reason I still bring it in is because I have free oil changes. There was a free car wash offer and I said yes. There is no way anyone washed NY vehicle today. I called my service rep and he did not respond.
