Nathaniel was GREAT! Nathaniel was able to get the 2 Safety Recalls done on my 2017 Ram 1500 4x4 (sublime green), and also change the oil. I did not purchase my 2017 Ram from this dealership because the individuals on the sales floor are dishonest, rude, and think everyone that come in is an ATM machine. That being said, I initially contacted the dealer I did purchase my Ram from, and I was told that it would be approximately 10 days before they could get me in for the recalls and oil change. So I came here and Nathaniel got me in and told me he will get it taken care of. My personal schedule was in a crunch, and Nathaniel was GREAT! I was so happy thie safety recalls are complete and oil changed. Hopefully the sales floor department can learn from Nathaniel and the service department because I almost didn’t stop in here. If only the sales floor was like where I bought my truck, this would be a 1 stop shop and service. I won’t buy a vehicle from this dealership, but I will bring my 2017 Ram in for service here. Nathaniel proved that he can get things done, and that he is honest and polite.
