4th vehicle with you. Always serviced by you. 100% satisfaction with service until today. Arrived in driveway at 657am for 7am appt. Sat in driveway while Jeep behind me alarm/horn went off for about 20 minutes. Had 4 different guys come to me and asked if someone was helping me. I finally just left the Jeep and went inside. I’m sure it was just a busy day. Doesn’t change my mind about anything. Will always buy and service with you.

Your customer service will have to get better before I recommend this dealership. I have had many years of experience with Planet Jeep in Flagstaff Arizona and their service and sales staff was excellent. I now look at their service as a benchmark for any dealership to follow. This dealerships customer relations needs some serious help - from receptionists/operators to cashiers. The phone etiquette was not appropriate and what is most bothersome is sitting in service (near cashier) and not looks at you when they walk by. The same employees walked by my wife and myself several times without looking at us and asking if we needed anything. I don't expect for someone to drop what they are doing but there needs to definitely be more customer service training. I have been disappointed about 90% of the time when I have brought my vehicle in. I honestly hope that someone reads this and does something about it. Thank you.

Nathen Hunt did his job very well and I was pleased with Nathan Hunts job performance , but as for the individual whom did the actual service of the oil change and inspection of my vehicle I will not bring my vehicle back to Airpark for any routine maintenance. Omar neglected to bother to fill out the actual check list from my vehicles inspection so after paying for the oil change I inquired to if my vehicle had any issues . Only then did anyone realize Omar chose to jot a couple notes on a back of some paper rather than fill out the proper form and so Nathan had to go back to have Omar fill a paper ; turns out the air filter needed immediate attention meaning needed to be replaced and a few recommendations to flush things as well as a front lower motor mount was torn all these things should have one been documented on the proper form during the inspection , two these issues should have been discussed with me prior to paying for the oil change so I could have addressed these issues while it was still on the lift and three I should not have been the one to request the results from my vehicle inspection . If this is how the service technicians that do the maintenance on vehicles operate than I have zero trust in their ability to do the routine maintenance and question what the inspection really showed seeing as no inspection form was filled out and the technician had already began working on another vehicle when Nathan had to go back and request an inspection form for my vehicle be filled out . So I have no reason to trust his recommendations . It just **** Airpark use to have outstanding service several years ago when I used to bring my PT Cruiser in but after today I will not have my vehicle serviced here. Very poor experience. C. Wright

I had appointment with service department at 4:30pm. Never heard back from department till I called mid day the following day and still no one at looked at my car. Called again 3 hours later and still no response about car. Finally service guy called back and said they are just now taking it in to look at. No call rest of day. I called about 10am now day three. No response. Finally called back and told me had to wait on warranty dept to ok work. Finally done at 100pm day three. Not very helpful people and no one had any answers

Horrible customer service. My oil change took 3 hours. Jorge told me he would let me know when it was done. I waited in the customer areas and had to ask twice if it was ready. He did not come and get me or call me when it was ready. Did not apologize for the wait time or lack of communication. Will be using a different dealer for my oil changes
