Anthony was very helpful. He worked to get my Jeep fixed after waiting a year and a half to get the necessary parts for a very serious issue. Called the “death wobble”. Chrysler Care Al has been helping. But, the fact that the part has been on back order and I have waited for a year and a half is not excusable on Chryslers part. Not Anthony and the dealership. I will take my issues up with Chrysler.
