The web system did not provide the detail required. I left message that the service advisor did not respond to. I called to track the service advisor down, he left a message with more detail but missed the main reason I took the vehicle in regarding the EPC code and check engine light. I was told the battery test failed and it would cost $730 for a new one. I reminded the service advisor that 10,000 miles back and two years this dealership installed a new battery. There must be a warranty. The determination was there was nothing wrong with the battery. I called numerous times to be transferred to voicemail. I was on hold for long periods of time without anyone picking up. I just kept calling back. I wanted to understand what was completed on my bill before driving 40 minutes to discuss it with a cashier who was unable to address any of my questions. The service advisor did get back to me, but I needed to track him down and provide time to call me back. Not a good experience at all.
