Robert was absolutely amazing! He initiated the easiest communication method and kept me informed regarding my vehicle’s progress. Robert is so professional and offers above par customer service. Not only would I buy another vehicle from IA, I would refer others based on my interaction with Robert!

Joey was fine! My complaint is lack of appropriate information when I called to ask if I needed an appointment for an oil change. I was told ,no just come in. I live in Frankfort so went. When I got there I was told my wait was 1 hr 30 minute wait!!! I feel like I should have been told on the phone that I could make an appointment to avoid the wait. I chose to leave and came back today for a 10:30 appointment.
