I tried to book my appointment by calling. This was impossible to talk to anyone in service. I tried to book an appointment online with a loaner car and I was unable to figure that out so I had to develop an alternative plan to get my car there and back. Contacting the service department or booking an appointment online with a loaner shouldn't be this challenging. The service provided was appropriate.
