Mark was great and I would really like to thank him and the tech that worked in my vehicle. I spent hours in the phone with Volvo trying to get it to work, even took it to another Volvo service center but someone told me that your service center was the best and u was not disappointed.

It was my wife who went into the establishment. She nor I, felt welcomed. The representative initially seemed like he didn’t know why we were there. My wife had to tell him several times we had an appointment and had to state several times why we had an appointment. We were told it would take a couple hours for the car, it took 4.5. When my wife went back in to get the vehicle several salespeople were there not one said hi, nobody in that whole dealership, nor service department made her feel welcome. I got the same vibe when I went in with her to drop it off. Also, why ask us if we want a car wash? I thought a oil change and wash was a one time complimentary thing? I guess not. That was the one and only time that we have ever had her car looked at and will hopefully ever be the only time we have to go back.
