My having to wait extended period for service bay door to be opened and then having to wait for my car to be brought around didnt really seem to matter to anyone. Not as friendly visit in comparison to my first service visit. I like to be treated like I am a valued customer regardless if I am paying with reward points or not. I dont need a reply, just better service at my next visit.

Was a 3 1/2 hours to change oil, rotate tires and check for vap leak. For my car to still vibrate and to be told they wiped the gas tank cover off. Was to tired and frustrated to rectify vibration after 3 1/2 hours of sitting will address again in near future. Please note that I live an hour away and up until today have always received good car care.
