My questions were answered and my concerns addressed in manner easily understood without being condescending due to my gender and age. These are factors that caused me to choose Riley Chevrolet when I purchased my car and will return to Riley for future purchases. Great staff!!!

It was a simple tire issue - that I called in to make an appointment for and was told no appointments were scheduled for tire repair - they would get me right in. Then I drive in from California and was told it would be an hour - but if I came back in afternoon it should be much quicker. At 2:30 pm when I returned - It took 1.5 hours. I bought my tires from Riley so wanted to make sure I didn’t need a new one. Other people who came to Riley after we arrived left before our truck was done.

When I got it back there was some white something on the steering wheel and inside on the driver door. I went back to service desk and told them. They apologized and sent someone to clean it. They got 85% percent of it.
I went to KwikKar and paid $17 for an interior cleaning ($20 w/tip) and they still left a little on the steering wheel.
I kept my truck immaculate inside and out. I was not happy.
