Vehicle was there from Thursday 7am til Monday at 430. Parts orders usually only take overnite. Maybe improve communication between parts and service. Increase focus on vehicles not completed on same day

We had an appt at 9 am Wednesday of last week. 5pm came and the truck had never been taken into the shop. After waiting all day we were given a loaner so we could go home. Finally was called Friday and was told they would have to order parts. This was the 3rd time we have been in to get this problem fixed. Each time was told they couldn't figure out what was wrong. It is now Monday and we picked up the truck. No guarantee it is fixed now. We will see.

Dropped car off night before appointment next day. Car was not done at the end of the day as promised. I made a trip to the service department and found out that the car was not done. I did not get a call telling me anything about what the status of the car was or it was going to take an additional day to get it done.

But got a call yesterday and they said they forgot to charge me for the windshield wipers.
