Need to fix the online service. Last two time I had to call in and see why they hadn’t picked up my car, Heather answered phone, very polite, but had said no one lets drivers know when it’s a online appointment , not sure how that works, but needs to be addressed.
If I’m having trouble with it I’m sure others are also,Just thought I would let you know

I will never return with any of my cars for service at Riley's again. Your technicians told me the popping noise in the front of my DTS was caused by the strut bearings. I paid $348.14 to replace them. The popping noise is still the same. I got nothing for my money. I will not be back!

Gabriel was wonderful. I actually tried to get a hold of him Friday but it was his day off. I left a message for another tech to call me. My check engine light came on Friday morning on my way to work. No one called me back. I will call monday.
