Had appointment at 0730. I got there early. The service writer knew I would be waiting for the vehicle. At 0900 I went to service desk to check on vehicle. After waiting 10 minutes at the desk finally a fellow asked if I needed help. I asked about the vehicle status. He said scheduler had it on his list. I asked if anyone had looked at it at all. He left again and said nothing had been looked at yet. I left as I did not know if they would even look at it at all or give me any status updates. I will likely not use your service department unless there is no other option.

Gabriel was very friendly and I had no issues checking in or checking out. What I have been frustrated with the last couple of times I have come to Riley to get an oil change is that my wait has been extremely long! Today I had a 9:30am appointment and Gabriel informed me that they were already an hour to an hour and a half behind. So, after having a 9:30am appointment, I didn’t end up leaving until 11:15. That is pretty frustrating as a customer who has to wait that long for a basic oil change. I want to continue bringing my vehicle to Riley but the wait times can/should be looked at. I appreciate the friendly service by Gabriel today.

I made an appointment for wednesday at 9:15 dropped my car off at 7:30 wasn’t done. I never got a call. I called at 5:00 asking about it. They said they would get to it tomorrow. I couldn’t leave it I was going away for the weekend. I was disappointed in the service.

I took my truck in last Tuesday... Initially asked for a tire balance and then had them remove it from the worksheet. Ended up getting one anyway because Daniel didn't actually remove it. Truck didn't get tires rotated on one side. Took truck back and all Daniel could say say was I'll get the manager. Technician admitted to messing up, accidents happen.
I have new tires and one was getting badly worn on the outside so I got an alignment. When I went to pick up my truck I asked for the alignment report. Daniel said I'll just email it to you. Never got it so ended up requesting it through the website. Daniel did forward it to me without a word said, just forwarded. From what I can tell from the report my alignment was fine (despite Daniel saying it was badly out). I emailed back and asked him if they found other reasons why my tire was wearing so badly. Well that was Thursday and still no response. Tried calling Toyota since they did the alignment and they wouldn't answer any questions saying I had to talk to the Chevy side.
Overall I'm dissatisfied with the quality and customer service. I'm also not a fan of being forced to only deal with Daniel since he started the original service procedure. Obviously he is not interested in follow through with his job and being forced to only deal with him is not helping my viewpoint.

Only thing is I had had a appointment for 1 pm. Got there at 12:50. I finally got up to check on my car at 2:50 pm. Close but not quite. So 2 hrs for oil change, check and top off all fluids, replace filter and rotate tires. But I think they were short handed today.
