Low tire light was on and just had oil change and tires rotated. Light was not on prior drop off. Two full days in the shop and still no one assessed my transmission. They asked to keep a third day but I said I would take it somewhere else. No return call from parts department, I was wanting to see if I could get a hitch placed on the vehicle.

Had an appointment at 9am. Got there at 8:40am. Didn’t get my car back until 2:30pm . It takes you 4 hours for an oil change?? What the hell! Very disappointed! Then arrived to pickup my car and hell you didn’t even have everything done on the car I wanted done. We wanted all windshields wipes replaced! ALL means ALL!!!!
