The work on my truck was fine. I know you are displaced from your normal location. However, that does not give the service writers the license to have poor customer service. Three times this week we have come there to pickup or drop off vehicles. Every time we are there, there are available service writers at their stations without customers in front of them. I understand they are most likely working on something, but proper customer service has your staff acknowledging that a customer is standing in front of them. Simply looking up from what they are doing and saying to the customer “One of us will be with you in a moment” goes a long way. Because if you are too busy to acknowledge me, then I can take my vehicle to another dealership that will gladly take my money and give me proper customer service. Thank you.
