I was disappointed that the beverage machine was out of order. Also, it seemed to take an excessive amount of time to check me out after the work was done ( about one hour)! Service rep was very good and kept me informed and sales reps in the showroom were very nice when I went out to browse there! Overall, happy to have an honest evaluation of my vehicle and a temporary fix in place.

Everyone involved with my vehicle work was professional, courteous
and kind! I was a little displeased at how long it took to take care of brake replacements and check on recalls (2). I arrived at 9:10 am and was not notified of my Terrain being completed until 3:30!?!? I was told when they took it in that it would be noted that I needed it between noon and 1:00!?!? That never happened and is very unusual!! I was a little
Upset over the delay! Glad I wasn’t sitting there waiting all that time!
Nothing was done on the recalls!! I was told when I made the appointment that the one recall would be done as the part was in!???

After continuing to balance a pair of tires each time they get rotated to the front of the truck they are still out of balance to the point they vibrate so bad the steering shaft will vibrate in the steering wheel! They were just “ balanced this morning before my drive home after a service appointment. I have another appointment and drive to Jeff city at 7 am in the morning. I’m leaving on a driving trip of a coupme hundred miles tomorrow afternoon!
