This appointment did not go as well as it has in the past. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am and took the shuttle to work. Usually my car is ready by noon so the shuttle can pick me up and I can get back to work over my lunch break. This time I did not hear from anyone until 1:00 and I asked if I could be picked up by 1:15 (my lunch window is from 11:00 to 2:00). I was told that this would be passed on. I waited to take my lunch break until I heard from someone and coworkers had to adjust their schedules to accommodate me. I never heard from anyone. At 2:00 I called your service department and told them that since my lunch window had passed that I would have to be picked up after work. When I got there after work- the billing was not correct ( I get charged for tire rotations when I should not because I bought the tires from you). I know this was probably out of your control - but your card reader was not working so I had to call the following day to pay my invoice. Also I did not receive a car wash card. Overall it was not very pleasant.
