Kayle ballew is the best service guy you got it’s nice seeing a familiar face when we come it instead of all these new people I do understand turnover but I also understand keeping values employees happy so they don’t leave like Dustin prenger did I almost stopped coming there when he left luckily I got to know Kayle too so please keep this in mind. Your loyal customers like to have friendly faces who we trust when we come in and spend quite a bit of money a year in your shop instead of always seeing new people that we don’t know that treat us like just the next person in line. I can’t say for sure if I’m satisfied or not because this visit was a result of a previous repair a few months ago that evidently failed. This kind of thing has happened before at Riley, and on both occasions I’ve been told it was a faulty part. Not sure what to believe. The service writer Pat was very professional and kept me informed, and the shuttle driver was also very accommodating.
