I left my car there at 8:30 am. It was 12:30 pm before it was even pulled in the shop to be repaired. We were gone for a while but still had to wait at least 2 hours to get it back. No message, pnone call, nothing till I went back to check on it. All I got was excuses, excuses. I am satisfied with the mechanical work. But not the way I had to wait and waste my time.

Came in for oil change. After we left the had put wrong mileage sticker on windshield. Said next oil change was in 900 miles. Also there was oil or grease all over the windshield where the sticker was applied.

I explained my problems and within an hour or so got a call with the solution to several problems that had come up with an estimate to get them taken care of. After telling them to go ahead and fix them got a call a short time later saying it would be ready to take home in about an hour. 15 minutes later got a message that the car was ready to be picked up. Took the car in at 7am and was eating lunch after picking it up. Very satisfied with the whole deal here.. Thumbs up to the Team...
