Unfortunately, the service adviser I had was not friendly. My vehicle was left unlocked when I walked out to get in it making me think it was left unlocked all day and all night while it sat there for two days. The technician left some tag scrapings on the dash and left the service plastic floor mat in the vehicle as well. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile and it would be nice if the vehicle was at least as clean at pickup as when it was dropped off. Repairs are expensive and when Riley misses the mark on the small things like inspections, it makes me question whether I want to take it in for the large things like costly repairs and maintenance. For example, I need to replace the oil pump, flush the radiator and tune up or completely replace the A/C unit. But, after experiences like this, I may deal with the hassle and do those repairs myself. I have seen the cost of your repairs and they are too high for this level of service. What is interesting is that when I take my Toyota Sienna to Riley Toyota the level of service much better. I would think both dealerships would be close in the level of service being that they are owned by the same family, but they are not. It is for these reasons that I was not satisfied with my experience at Riley Chevrolet.

My Tahoe was supposed to be back by 4pm and it finally arrived at 4:50 despite 4 calls to the service dept where they either didn't know where my car was or said it was on it's way. I was late picking up my kids from school which resulted in a $20 fine for after school care. I was livid!
