Original complaint was a noise/vibration in engine compartment. The diagnosis was a bad motor mount. The defective mount was replaced and vehicle was released as fixed however the original problem still exists. Apparently the vehicle was not checked to verify that the original issue was resolved. Now for trip three to the dealership for this repair.

Kayle was very professional with the repair, and keeping me informed about what was going on as the repairs were being done.We have purchased several vehicles from Rileyover the years. At first sales service was great , it had seem to my wife and I You all had lost the personal touch , just sell the vehicle and move on. Only concerns were first, we receive notification from Riley we have a $50 credit to use and yet it wasn't applied to our service bill. Secondly, it seems counterproductive to purchase a heavy duty vehicle from the dealership and yet when the truck has issues during heavy duty use the dealership isn't equipped to help resolve the issue. For example, the truck makes terrible, clanking metal on metal noises when towing any type of trailer. However, unless we haul a trailer the two hours to the dealership, the service department can't hear it. It feels dangerous to us to pull a trailer with it making the noise, especially on a 2 hour one way trip.
