Jerry & Shelby took care of satisfying my service experience today, in the long run. Sam needs to listen to the customer & not throw around how much you charge per hour for labor when he hasn’t addressed/followed through on the things the customer brought their vehicle in to be serviced. And Sam should not try to charge us for parts that weren’t needed once the initial issue was properly addressed.
Thank you Shelby Carder & Jerry Taylor for taking care of the problems I was having that, frankly, just required caring & a little extra effort beyond “tightening the bulbs”. Jerry & Shelby’s efforts today are what keeps us coming back to Riley’s, 3 Chevy Avalances later.
