We had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change, and brought the car in at 9:30. When we returned to pick up the car at 11:30, the oil change had not been done. It was another 30 minutes before it was completed. On a positive note, Riley Chevrolet did not charge us for the service because of their delay in completing the oil change.

Dustin had been just fine. But my yukon has been there at least 7 times and it is still leaking oil. Every time being told it was fixed. I do not know what else to do.

Truck is still leaking fluid. Truck was supposed to be detailed. If driving thru the car wash is "detailing" then I guess that was done. I have 3 new scrapes on driver side door. The truck was driven several miles but not refueled. I had a rental car & returned it with as much gas in it as when I picked it up. It was garaged as well. I don't understand your "service" department. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

Kayle has gone above and beyond every single time that I have worked with him. He is the one that I prefer to go to every time. I know that he gets things done correctly. It was not done properly on Saturday when he was gone so I had to come back and get it fixed. He made sure that I was satisfied after the major issued that I had.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change that i had an appt for. Nobody even came to the waiting room to say sorry but we're running behind & we'll get to you ASAP. Not a word until i was called to the service lane to tell me i was ready to go. How about sorry for your 2 hour plus wait your oil change is on us today, or maybe we'll take $10 off your bill for your extensive wait. Very disappointed in my service today.
