When they tell you it is going to be within 30 minutes and they find out they are trouble with the machine. They should come tell you for you can decide if you want to wait or leave I was told it be less than an 90 minutes than told again less than 10 minutes it was 3 hours later. Other than than that I like coming staff is very friendly and I like the service. Thank you

I was very upset with the way my car was put back and the service I got from Kayle. My seat was not put back where it was before resulting in me getting bruised knees from hitting them when I got in. Kayle was extremely rude and I will never deal with him again if at all possible. He told me my card was expired and that it wouldn't go through. I'm well aware when my card expires. It expires at the END of October. (10/18 is what is on the card) So I called my bank when I left explaining the situation and they say the numbers were entered in wrong. Not once but TWICE. So I had to go through the inconvenience of writing a check. On top of all this he was not even at his station with his computer the whole time dealing with me. He was running around doing about 5 other things instead of focusing on one customer for the 3 or 4 minutes it takes to check out. He also did even look at me when telling me where my keys were, he yelled it as he was walking away and didn't even give me a "Thank you," or "Have a nice day." Very dissatisfied with the service I was given by him.
