Appreciate the courtesy and taking ownership when I called about my oil cap being found off after a couple of months. I very satisfied with my oil change; promptness, received comment about oil quality noted during change as requested, they reset my tire gauge warning for me without asking, and was very appreciative of the free car wash.

I have one suggestion. Give the customers a choice between a car wash or an extreme interior clean from Kwik Kar. Some people might already have a membership with Kwik Kar.
