Told it would be 1 hour. It was 1 hour 45 min. I had an appointment but when I arrived at my appointment time there were 5-6 cars in line before me. I did not like that.

I understand that sometimes it is hard to find the problem. I have had my car in the shop twice, and each time I pick it up on the way home something else happens. After picking it up on Tuesday, about 20 miles from home it started disconnecting and then reconnecting my phone about every 10 minutes. I don't trust the car, I never know what is going to happen next. My daughter and I take the car and go long distances. I need a car I can depend on. I know if anyone can fix the car your guys can. I would like to get it fixed. We live about 50 miles from Jeff. I can't run back an forth everyday to bring it up and come to get it.

I did not drop my car off Kayle so I was not sure who I was dealing with. (Example: Steve was my tech he called to inform me of any work that was to be done) I just felt like I got a run around and when I picked my vehicle up, he really could not look me in the eye when I asked about car. Oh by the way my car still has the crayon smell and I paid almost paid $500 for a replacement hose and my car sitting at the dealership for two whole days.
