The actual service performed on my vehicle I had no issues with, it was the lack of communication. When I dropped my vehicle off Friday morning at 7am, I informed the tech I would be off work by noon and would either need my vehice finished by then or a loaner to drive, never received an update between drop off time and noon so I called and was told it wouldn’t get looked at till later in the afternoon which was fine but they acted as if I hadn’t said what time I would need my car or a loaner. Got a loaner Friday afternoon and was called later to be informed they checked into the transmission issue and found no problem but still hadnt changed the oil yet so they would do that Saturday morning and give me a call. I do not live in jeff City, I was in jeff Saturday morning and by 11:30 still had not received a call. I asked my husband to call and my car was finished and ready to be picked up. Why I wasn’t notified via phone call or text I am unsure of. I did not appreciate that, I pay for an extended warranty so that I get a loaner free of charge but I would prefer to have my vehicle back when it’s finished.

When I picked up my vehicle on Tuesday, July 24 over my lunch hour it was fine - even after running a few errands. However, when I left work the day at 4:45 pm my battery was dead. The battery is less than two years old and I haven’t had any problems up to that point. I called Riley’s Chevrolet and asked for assistance or a boost (I was only 7 minutes away from the shop) since it was their fault I now and suddenly had a dead battery. I was told they don’t do that but they could call Tow Pro for me. Luckily I was able to get a boost from a stranger at work.

Should of rotated my tires they didn't and it was recommended usually get a vacuum and wash but it was supposed to get tire rotate and transmission had a recall mo one tell what it was about.
Talked to a salesman. About another vehicle but service is making me shy to deal again. Sorry.
