He was very welcoming and polite. He explained exactly what was wrong. We have purchased all of our cars from Riley in the 30 years of living in Jefferson City. The staff and car quality are one reason, but the bigger reason is the service and service staff. All interactions have been positive.

The service is good but it seems I need more after I been ther in a short time and this time I noticed that the truck does not idle as smoothly now as it did before the lifters and cam wee replaced I like your service people and I guess my disappointment may be more in the product so my solution will be not to ever buy a chvochevrolet product and I will shortly representing the avalanche with something that is dependable certainly not a General Motors product I hope I don’t have to come back to figure out why it seems to idle more roughly since being serviced at Riley’s May try some else overall I would prefer Riley’s service but recently too many trips there sorry by the way don’t call me that is the last thing I want

I was on a tight schedule as i am leaving on vacation tomorrow morning. My service engine light didnt come on till Thursday of last week.Cody did not have any openings to check out the problem but I had been told it had to do with catalytic converter. He assured me they would check it out on Tuesday,order parts overnight and fix the car today. He came thru for me and we are leaving tomorrow as planned.

Headlight bulb replacement was excessive cost. $292 for the bulb with another $41.50 labor. O’Reilly Auto Parts has them for about $130. $ 333.76 for replacing headlight bulb is way too much. I am disappointed that GM may think this is acceptable. It may impact my next vehicle purchase.
