One question. On March 8,2018, I had the passenger front door handle replaced at a charge of $51.70. On this visit I had the right rear outer door handle replaced at a charge of $86.78. Was wondering why there was almost a $35 difference in this charge?

This is the second time I have Kayle take care of me. The first time he made errors on the warranty information for my vehicle. His explanation was “oh well I can’t keep up with all the different warranties”. This time he neglected to tell me they were running over two hours behind for my SCHEDULED appointment. When he called to tell me the vehicle was ready and I questioned him about it he said “I didn’t notice”. Not the level of professionalism I get from the other service guys there.

Very good experience here, it was straight forward and I was updated about my car via text message. My wife and I loved that, also Cody was great and provided excellent service. On top of everything my car was fixed quickly a d is actually fixed this time. The last 3 shops in town failed to fix the problem so honestly I'm happy and wouldn't change a thing.

I will never bring my vehicle to Riley Chevrolet again. I will tell everyone I know not to bring their vehicle to be serviced there and not to buy a vehicle from Riley Chevrolet. It was the worst customer service and vehicle service I’ve ever experienced.

I waited two hours from my appointment time in the waiting area and had to go back to the service department to find out my car had been sitting out side for quite some time ready to go. When I was there back in the fall they didn’t set something right with my tire rotation and I had to come back and was supposed to have a credit towards my next service call which did not happen when I was there. Very disappointed in Riley‘s automotive service department lately and would not recommend them to anybody in the future at this point

Extremely pleased with Shane and the oil change. We are having a problem with the roll lock top. General manager explained the problem and solution. My husband called roll lock to get the info and is fixing it himself. Roll lock encourages service departments to contact them but they don’t. Evidently this truck has a little bit wider bed and this product is not recommended. I do want to repeat, I am very pleased with Shane. He is polite and does a wonderful job of keeping me updated.
