I brought my truck in for its first service and on the tire rotation all four wheels were damaged in the process. I discussed with the service tech before the service even started to make sure this would not happen and if so if it would be warrentief because I was concerned with the handling of the wheels since they are a special wheel for the High Country truck and my biggest fears happened and all four were damaged! I am still waiting on a call back because they said they were going to be replaced and ordered and I still have not been called back.

I was a little concerned with the process in that I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived at 8:30 a.m. I told Shane I needed to know something before 12:00 as I was going to shop and run errands with my friend and she needed to get home Before 3:00! He assured me it would not be a problem and he would call me as soon as they found the problem. By 1:30 I still had not received the call! I called and they told me another hour! I went over after we had finished our shopping at 2:30 and was told it would take another half hour! I do not hold this against Shane but it seems I was put back in line behind others that were at Riley waiting on their cars on the property! This does not seem right since I had an early appointment for a reason. They were very busy and I can relate to that But I was there early and had an appointment! Something you may need to rethink in the future! I always have excellent service when having my car serviced! That is why this was so out of the ordinary!!

Kayle listened to my problem when I brought my car in for the appointment. He kept me posted on the work. The team had my car ready so I did not have to miss work tomorrow. The car sounded terrible when I took it in and sounds & runs fine after.
