My experience was great, with the exception of the wait time! It took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and replacing 2 air filters! Since I was on my lunch hour, that didn't work out so well!!!

Shelby was very patient with me and my dissatisfaction with the previous attempts to fix the problem with my vehicle. I was skeptical when he told me that the instrument cluster was the problem.........again! It had been replaced twice before. Not happy to have to pay for the same thing again. Fortunately it hasn’t made a peep since it was replaced this time. He’s a keeper.

Everyone in the service department and in collision were nice enough, but the repairs in collision were not very good. We specifically asked to have the hood realigned and it wasn’t. There was also an expectation the headlight lens would have the scratches at least buffed out and they weren’t. This was an insurance claim so these things should have been done, but it also gives an indication of how the work may be lacking in the areas we can’t see.
