The actual cost of replacing the serpentine belt came in about a hundred dollars more than the estimate. The service associate was kind enough to adjust the price to the estimate, but I had to ask for it. In that respect, I am satisfied, but it shouldn’t have come down to me having to ask for a price adjustment.

When I spend $2,000 on repairs I'm treated like a queen..... when I just need a quick inspection at my appointed time, I'm just a fly to shoo away. $12 isn't enough money to treat my right... that ya why I left & got it done elsewhere. I just wish you guys hadn't wasted my time, if u r running behind and out will be 20 min b4 u can even begin three inspection n, tell me that so I can make an informed decision before everything goes to hell.
