I was told when I brought my car in that I would get updates via text and I should feel free to text with any questions or concerns. This rpocsx to be useless. I sent a question and got back a response that just said my vehicle was in good hands. After that I got no further response to questions. Finally my husband had to call to get an update.

Vehicle was late being returned. Oil sensor and tire pressure sensors were not reset. Sticker in windshield said I needed to change oil again in 1,000 miles. Tire pressure was not checked, had to make second visit next day to resolve issues.

Being that my name is not Alan, it’s Tameika, the owner of the vehicle, was a little disheartening to know that the whole staff would rather talk to a male than a female. The lack of knowledge that a female can know something about cars is a threat to the male ego, but that is clearly grounds for discrimination and sexism. I never took it there I kept making it known that I was handling the all the communication about my vehicle, but there was no communication until I had to call and drag it out and then call to speak to a manager to get definitive answers. The whole service department needs a lesson in customer service and communication. You can’t have a good repore with your customers if the communication is lacking. When you have a new employee make sure they have been trained properly in all areas and have someone shadow them until they know the ins and outs regarding how to make and take orders and do the billing. A key to any great relationship or service is COMMUNICATION no matter what!

Went well . I did an early oil/filter change to get initial metal out of new engine. And the service dept did torque the drain plug. I encourage you to make that a standard practice at your dealership. That is the professional way to change the oil.
