Completely dissatisfied- I got new tires in July was told today I needed new tires- I said I just got them in July- 60,000 mike tires and I got 14,000 out of them. Was told this wasn’t Riley’s issue but the manudmdsctires issue. Said the service manager called Michelin and tried to advocate for me and they would give me a good price. I would pay 59% for 4 new tires. Well I called Michelin and and was on the phone with them ten minutes and they said i’d Only pay 40 percent for 4 new tires. I feel you all were dishonest and have lost all my trust in your business. The worst customer service ever.
