There was a lack of communication but when I asked what was taking so long my vehicle was brought to me in just a few minutes so everything is good and I will definitely be back for more service in the future

4 is plug wires were pulled in half. Should have been told plug wires must be addressed before driving, but I was not. Almost did not make it home me. I bought wites and replaced them yesterday evening .

The work took entirely too long in my opinion. An oil change and tire rotation should not take 2 hours. While I don't know what 3 other customers who came after me had done, they all got their vehicles back before me. After an hour and 45 minutes I asked if there was a problem discovered while doing the service and was told "Well I don't know but they still have it back there working on it". Seemed like a new dealer with a new attitude. I bought my first new car from Riley in 1970. I have always had great luck with them. I hope this is a rare incident.

The car had oil on the door panel and leather where the tech had put his hand and arm when pulling it out of the bay. It was pretty obvious and I wasn’t going to say since I was able to wipe it off when I got the car back to work but since you sent this survey I figured I’d pass it on.
