I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10:00. I dropped my vehicle off and then hadn’t heard anything by 2:30. I called at 2:30 and was told the service department was still working on my car. I then called back at 3:10 and was told they were just bringing it in to start on it (which means at 2:30 they were not working on my vehicle as I was told over the phone). This was partially my fault as I didn’t state that I needed the vehicle by a certain time when I dropped it off, but since I had an appointment for 10:00 I figured that meant my vehicle was to be started around that time. Just a miscommunication that was frustrating.
