When the technician called me about the shock situation I asked how much additional cost for that would be-including both part and labor. I don't remember the exact amount. I do know it was at least $50 less than the actual bill. The bill for that service alone was over $200 and I am quite sure he quoted me around $170. I know he did not tell me a number higher than that.

Ideas you get text when car is checked in to service. How bout one when it’s done and maybe as service is being performed such as “vehicle has been pulled into service bay” That way not setting in waiting area wondering if car is done. Also checkin text refers to vehicle health report. Never received this. Finally plastic and paper floor mats should be removed from car once it’s been placed in the ready to pickup area
