I felt there should have been more communication from the service department to me updating the situation. From late Wednesday afternoon till Monday morning I initiated all conversations about the status of my vehicle. The problem seems to have been taken care of, which of course is good. A little disappointed about the lack of communication during the process.

As a Cadillac owner I was led to believe at time of sale that a Cadillac would be provided if mine needed to be kept overnight. This is not the case. I don't believe this was the service dept problem however. Just an empty promise made by sales.
