My daughter had an appointment at 10:15 and under the impression that the service department would get right to her vehicle which we just put new tires on a week ago and now the vehicle was pulling to the right. My daughter waited on site and wasn’t till 11:45 that she was told they were working on her car. The work was completed by 12:15 which seems quick for a proper alignement.
