I had an unexpected car problem on a day I was traveling out of town to see family who had flown in. When I reached Riley Chevrolet, I wasn't sure my trip would happen. But Kayle Ballew not only prepared a service ticket for me, he also made rental car contacts and, when only trucks were available, arranged a loaner vehicle so I could get on the road. Made it in time for dessert! I could not have found another dealership that would have made this effort on a Saturday to help a customer. I greatly appreciate this team. Thank you.
