Mr joplin was fine , he lined everything up and did his best to take care of my need he was very courtious. About 10 days before my service i blew a fuse on an apo, do you know what an apo is? and i looked in owners manuel and it was very confusing,i had a guy who works at a chevy dealership in st louis come and help me find the fuse, we finally figured it out. I explanided the issue to mr joplin and he looked in owners manuel and he finally had the service supervisor come over and he looked at owner manuel And told me it was right, i disagree , also owner manuel doesn't tell where apo 1 , apo 2 , and so on are located. I am just upset that gm or someone can't print out something that shows where the auxiliary power outlets are located in cab . Also i dis agree with service manager about the diagram in the book and behind panel. I felt mr joplin was very courtious, but i kind of felt like the service manager, didnt really give a crap about come over to look at what i was trying to say, he say look at the fuse panel and said yea its right and all i said was ok . I would make a bet with you that any of your sales people or half of your mechanics could look at the diagram and not be able to figure out where the fuse is. So i dont know if i will ever be back, you got your sale of a $50,000. Dollar truck and you think in your mind your top notch service but i dont know
