Great service love u guys, but second time I have asked for my air pressure to be evened out in my tires and it was not done. Love the shuttle guy too! So nice. Share a slice of pizza with the poor man after he runs and gets it!!! Lol

On Saturday, August 26, Doug Wiiliams quoted a set of Michelins at 866 mounted and balanced, and eligible for a 70 rebate through August 31. I ordered a set of Michelins and a four-wheel alignment through Kristin in Service on Saturday, August 26. I received 4 emails that same day informing me my vehicle was scheduled for a four-wheel alignment, and balance and rotate on August 30. I called Monday and talked to Dustin in service, who fixed the scheduled service to include tire installation. After being notified the work was complete, I came by the shop at noon today to pay for the work. At that time, I found the same 5- year old Michelins were still on the car. The service guys were very responsive in addressing this issue, and also worked-in my belated request for an oil change. I returned at 5:00, paid my bill and picked up the keys. I returned again at 8:00 to pick up the car and found that Good Year tires had been installed. I just want the Michelins I ordered, under the same terms (cost and rebate), and I don't want to make any more un-necessary trips to the shop. The car is still at the shop. I have the keys, they will be available at 1505 East High Street by 8:00 Thursday morning (the last day of the Michelin rebate).
