Shane and Roger went above and beyond. I was leaving town to head back to Birmingham, AL when I noticed coolant on the ground beneath the vehicle that we just gave my divorced, single mother of three, sister in law. I could not leave her with a vehicle leaking. Shane and Roger welcomed us into the shop and got right on the repair. They also let us borrow a car to take the kids to breakfast. The repair was done quickly and with a great attitude. So pleased with the experience. Thank you for helping a family in need.

I appreciate it when the rep calls me & lets me know what's going on in a timely manner, which he did, but he seemed in a hurry & did not give me a cost estimate, for which I had to ask. In general, I find that when the rep explains what is wrong w/my car, it's such a fast explanation & in auto mechanic terms that I'm not entirely understanding or catching everything he's telling me. Asking questions makes me feel like I'm holding him up from moving on to his next job. Perhaps there needs to be an intermediary.
